The world’s largest festival of light, music and innovation, Vivid Sydney is an annual celebration that ignites the streets of Sydney. It’s renowned for its spectacular outdoor lighting projections that illuminate many of the city’s most iconic landmarks, together with live musical performances and public talks by leading creative minds.
See the Sydney Opera House come to life with digital sculptures and imagery designed by some of Australia’s most celebrated artists, with the Harbour Bridge across the water also decorated in colourful displays. Various buildings throughout Sydney’s Central Business District are also transformed into a magnificent art canvas.
Enjoy performances by well-known artists from Australia and around the world at intimate bars and iconic Sydney venues or join in the discussion at Vivid Ideas. The program of public talks and debates explores fresh ideas about design, culture, arts and technology with industry leaders and luminaries.
