Happy hour was good, room was clean. Bed was way too soft and caused back issues. Pool was very small and needed more seating. Parking was very expensive so we parked elsewhere and walked back.
The location is fabulous and the facilities good, however, our booking for 2 double beds was “lost” and the only remaining room was a king and a wheeled in single bed - pretty horrible nights sleep for the 3 in the king and the 4th person in the rock hard single bed on wheels. Mistakes happen, we were offered a late checkout and complimentary parking - but of a dampener upon arrival but we bounced back and continued our adventures. I’m not sure I’d return or recommend the hotel to anyone, I went against my better judgement when I read ample negative reviews and proceeded to book.

A great experience overall. No request was too difficult and they accommodated my young family well.
