Explore Mount Faber Park, which has walking trails and a cable car that reveals panoramic city skyline views from a gardened hilltop. Check out the Bell of Happiness sculpture, before learning about the cable car at the Singapore Cable Car Museum. The 36-metre-long pedestrian Henderson Waves bridge connects Mount Faber Park to Telok Blangah Hill Park, which features forested paths, a scenic Terrace Garden and picnic tables.
Want to shop by the water? Head to VivoCity, an expansive retail mecca with over 300 stores covering fashion, electronics, sporting goods, toys, jewellery, health and beauty. Indulge in some al fresco dining along the mall’s Promenade, before checking out the rooftop amphitheatre. Kids are sure to have fun in the Play Court playground or the third-floor wading pool.

Getting around Bukit Merah
Bukit Merah is connected to the rest of Singapore via easy-to-navigate roads and a reliable MRT system. You can get around much of Bukit Merah by catching buses and walking, but taxis are also available.
