Forming part of Dubai Marina’s man-made canal city, Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 40-tower residential development overlooking the Persian Gulf. It was completed in 2010 and has the capacity to accommodate around 15,000 people, all on the doorstep of upmarket restaurants, luxury retail stores and the sands of Marina Beach.

Soak up the resort-inspired lifestyle of Jumeirah Beach Residence while staying in one of its luxurious apartments, with 35 of the towers residential and five occupied by hotels. In addition to their stunning views across the Persian Gulf, the apartments look out towards the Dubai-I, which is the world’s tallest Ferris wheel at 250 metres in height.
