Just amazing! First impression when you walk into the foyer is incredible with a stunning chandelier, and the staff greeted us with a welcome drink of iced tea. Service is impeccable (except the pool staff, where a few staff were quite rude). Breakfast has absolutely everything you could want, and some. The infinity pool has stunning views of the palm bay and the Dubai skyline, and there's even a private beach where you can rent a canoe or kayak. The rooms are beautiful and the beds super comfortable. They even have a little night light that senses when you get up from bed and lights the floor. Would definitely stay here again!
overall good stay, buffet breakfast was just too crowded and some staff were nice and friendly but some not so much. We asked one particular girl at concierge desk if there was anywhere else we could eat around the area, she gave us bear minimum advice and was quite rude about it. However we did have a lovely guy check us in, we unfortunately were allocated a room overlooking construction, therefore requested a room move, and the gentleman at front desk assisted us promptly to move to the other side of the hotel. Pool was amazing, location was great and overall it was a pleasant stay.
