Overlooking a long stretch of sand fronting the Mediterranean Sea, Faliraki is a picturesque village on the east coast of Rhodes. It’s home to the largest water park in Greece and a lively harbour while it’s also a short drive from the cultural attractions of Rhodes Town.
Relax on the golden sands of Faliraki Beach, which is one of the most popular beaches on Rhodes. There are beach umbrellas and sun loungers for rent, as well as plenty of water sports available. As the sun goes down, you can grab a drink at one of the beachfront bars before dining on traditional Greek cuisine at the local tavernas.
If you’re travelling with kids, don’t miss a visit to the Faliraki Water Park, which sprawls across 100,000 square metres. Get your adrenaline pumping on the giant water slides and experience the immense wave pool, then enjoy a ride down the lazy river.
