A hub for Australian culture, the Arts Centre is one of Melbourne's top performing arts venues. It's set on Southbank, a vibrant arts and entertainment precinct on the Yarra River. The multipurpose complex is made up of several theatres and concert halls and hosts an exciting line-up of events, including ballet recitals, theatrical plays and symphony orchestra concerts.
Don't miss the Australian Music Vault, an exhibition celebrating contemporary Australian Music. Inside you'll find interactive exhibits, digital experiences and a treasure trove of memorabilia, including original Nick Cave posters, custom Maton guitars and celebrity stage costumes.
