Things to do in Gerringong
Take a dip in the Ourie Pool, a historic rock pool built in the 1930s, or splash in the adjacent wading pool if you’re travelling with young kids. The Boat Harbour Rock Pool is another popular swimming spot adjacent to the Gerringong Whale Watching Platform where migratory humpback whales can be spotted between June and November.

Getting around Gerringong
Gerringong is around 40 minutes’ drive south of Wollongong and two hours from Sydney International Airport along the spectacular Grand Pacific Drive. You can also travel to Gerringong by train from Sydney’s Central Station, while public buses offer transport around town.
