Discover what lies beneath the sea at South Korea’s Sea Life Busan Aquarium, home to over 10,000 marine animals, including sharks, manta rays and penguins. Resting on the shores of Haeundae Beach, the aquarium takes you on a journey through eight themed zones and offers a variety of hands-on and educational experiences.
See manta rays and sea turtles as you walk through an 80-meter-long underwater tunnel before learning about the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of South Korea’s finless porpoise. Don’t miss a scheduled feeding, where you can watch the aquarist feed adorable otters, penguins, and sharks.
Want a truly unique experience? See a world of fish swimming beneath your feet on a glass-bottom boat or swim with sharks, sea turtles and giant stingrays in the main tank. On this exhilarating scuba dive, you can come face-to-face with grey nurse sharks up to three meters long.
