Founded in 1854, O’Fallon is a historic city in south-west Illinois that is now one of the fastest-growing communities in Metropolitan St. Louis. It is synonymous with the Scott Air Force Base, which was established during World War I and hosts an impressive outdoor aviation museum.

Spend an afternoon strolling through Downtown O’Fallon, which is home to beautifully preserved buildings now occupied by boutiques, restaurants and bars. Closer to the city centre is O’Fallon Community Park, where you’ll find basketball and tennis courts, a children’s playground and an outdoor swimming pool.
Aviation enthusiasts can visit the Scott Field Heritage Air Park, which is located on the site of a United States Air Force Base. It exhibits aircraft that have played an important role in Air Mobility Command operations, including a C-9 Nightingale and a C-141 Starlifter. Getting around O'Fallon
O’Fallon is around 20 minutes’ drive from the centre of St. Louis and 30 minutes from St. Louis Lambert International Airport, which has flights to destinations across North America. Regular buses connect to O’Fallon and travel through the city while renting a car will give you greater freedom to explore the area.
