A bucket-list event for festival-goers across the globe, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is one of North America’s most famous music festivals. Held every April since 1999, Coachella transforms the dusty Indio desert into a flurry of big-name acts, boho fashion and dreamy sunsets.
Alongside world-class music from the likes of Beyoncé, AC/DC and Eminem, the three-day festival comes to life with creative art installations and outrageous sculptures. Dance to your favorite artist in the mosh pit before riding the famous Ferris wheel or kick back on the grass and watch the sun set spectacularly over the Jacinto Mountains.
If you fancy freshening up between sets, stop by the beauty bar or barbershop to get your hair braided, curled or styled. Food vendors sell everything from wood-fired pizza to pad Thai fresh from the wok. Treat yourself to a sweet at Cupcake Vineyard before quenching your thirst at Beer Barn.
