In 1980, the amazing building is refurbished as a sumptuous 4-star boutique hotel combining the mobility and the charm of Toulouse mansions. Ever since the reputation of the Grand Hotel de l'Opera is established. Our hotel continues to warmly welcome guests from all over the world. In 1996, a fire destroyed no less than 36 rooms. Two years later, Rouleau Hotellerie acquires the Grand Hotel de l'Opera, gives it a fully new direction, and restores the hotel to its full splendor.
