We only had one night here, but the hotel was very nice. Room for three was quite small, but great to have a bath in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Only negative comment would be to do with the lack of directions to find the hotel. It was impossible to get to the hotel as all the roads leading to it had bollards in place - presumably for the Christmas shopping period? Not sure. We advised we were arriving by car earlier so it would have been really helpful to have been told that the roads were blocked and to have been given the password for the bollards. Could have saved a bit of stress for us! However, the valet was very accommodating and went out of his way to help us get there in the end.
