Things to do in Burlingame

You’ll find some of the best cafes and restaurants along Broadway Avenue, a historic neighbourhood filled with farm-to-table cafes and mom-and-pop diners.
Whether you’re looking for shady picnic spots or beautiful bayside views, Burlingame has parks for every occasion. Washington Park is one of the oldest green spaces in the city and features scenic trails lined with rose bushes. Several of the enormous trees have been transformed into larger-than-life carved wooden sculptures. Head down to Bayfront Park for sweeping views over the water.
The famous San Francisco Bay Trail passes through Burlingame and takes you past lush wetlands and nature reserves. E-bike rentals are a fun and family-friendly way to explore larger sections of the trail.

Getting around Burlingame
Burlingame is pedestrian-friendly and easy to get around on foot. The city is 30 minutes by car or overland train from Downtown San Francisco. A free shuttle runs between Downtown Burlingame and the Millbrae BART subway station. San Francisco International Airport is a 10-minute drive away.
