Positioned where the Benser Tief meets the North Sea, Bensersiel is a small health resort in East Friesland. It was originally established in the Middle Ages as the community of Westbense, which was located in an area that is now beneath the Wadden Sea. Bensersiel is renowned for its extensive spa complex and as a gateway to the East Frisian Islands.
Rejuvenate in the pools and saunas of Nordseetherme Bensersiel, a large wellness complex that includes treatment areas, water slides and a bistro. After your swim, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through Von-Thünen-Kur Park, which centres around a peaceful lake.
