Things to do in Southaven
For some evening entertainment, head to the Amphitheatre in Snowden Grove Park, where both international artists and local talents perform on the outdoor stage. Enjoy live music late into the evening and pick up a bite to eat at one of the fast-food stalls.
Just 20 minutes north of Southaven sits Shelby Farms Park, an open green space and conservation area. The park is home to a Woodland Discovery Playground, animal farm and walking trails. Spend a morning exploring the park on foot or hire a bike and cycle around the lake.

Graceland is 10 minutes north of the city and is a must-see when staying in Southaven. Elvis Presley’s former mansion sits on a nearly five-hectare estate that features an entertainment complex with museums, restaurants and gift shops. Spend the morning on a guided tour of the mansion and its grounds to learn about the iconic star’s music career.
Getting around Southaven
Arrive into Southaven from Memphis International Airport, located just north of the city, by bus or car. Once in the city, you’ll find the area is compact enough to explore on foot or by using public buses and taxis.
