our stay was amazing. The staff was so polite. I would have to say The people who work at Homewood Suites are the nicest i have ever delt with. we arrived as the cleaning ladies were leaving and each one smiled and asked how we were doing, they made you feel welcome. There was a lady at the front desk , Ms. Barbara who i had spoken to on the phone and once we arrived she checked us in and she was so nice. The lady who worked the the afternoon/evening shift, Ms.Angela was so wonderful!! She was nice, sweet, kind, she is just AMAZING!! The lady who worked over night was very sweet and kind too. I will definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to everyone. My only complaints are (1)no trash bags in the cans in the rooms and (2) the prices of the items in the pantry/store are outrageous. bring a cooler and your own snacks. There are refrigerators in the room so we bought 2 ltr drinks and used ice. the 2 complaints we not stop me from staying or recommending the hotel I just hope they take it into consideration.
