Getting around Sankt Goar
Sankt Goar is compact and easy to get around on foot, with much of the historic centre pedestrianised. The town is a 1.5-hour drive from Frankfurt and Cologne. Sankt Goar Train Station is steps from the town centre, while ferries run across the Rhine to the neighbouring town of Sankt Goarshausen. Frankfurt Airport is a one-hour drive away.
