Nai Yang Beach is located in Phuket, Thailand at the southern end of Mai Khao Beach five minutes south of the Phuket International Airport. The beach borders the beautiful Sirinath National Park. Nah Yang remains one of the lesser known gems of the Phuket area due to its location off of the main road. Combined with the National Park, it is a tourist attraction for those seeking the most relaxed atmosphere.
The vastly uncrowded beachfront allows for opportune swimming, sunning, and snorkelling as well as windsurfing and kitesurfing. Beachside bars, cafes, and restaurants abound including the favourites Skye Beach Club and Batik Seafood. Souvenirs and vendor shops are scattered throughout the area offering plenty of opportunities to gather some beach-centric trinkets.
Nai Yang Beach is located at the end of a narrow road, beginning on route 4031 south of the airport. Multiple access roads on the right side of 4031 heading south lead to Nai Yang Beach. Directions from Phuket Town include following the Thepkasattri Road through the Thalang District, turning left at the second set of traffic lights going towards the airport, and at the end of that road taking a left and then the first right.
Nai Yang Beach combined with its neighbouring Mai Khao Beach consist of the longest expanse of endless white sand on the island.
