Mid Valley Megamall is an encompassing tourist attraction located in Seputeh, in the capital of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This extensive urban development complex combines ultimate retail allure with luxury office space. Mid Valley sits on 420,000 square metres of land making for one of the most massive multipurpose city creations in history.
Mid Valley is composed of a convention centre, shopping mall, and office towers, the main section containing more than 400 floors between five levels. The Greens Mall is a separate building entirely bridging the main complex and serving as a hub of additional designer brands. The enormous Golden Screen Cinema and popular bowling arcade contribute different elements of entertainment.
Walking around the different portions of Mid Valley is necessary. Public transport routes run to and from the adjoining KL Commuter Mid Valley Station. Additionally, multiple RapidKL buses make stops in front of the entrance to the complex.
Mid Valley’s mall aspect is recognised worldwide and garnered the Best Shopping Complex Award from Tourism Malaysia in 2000 as well the Best Retail Development Award from FIABCI Malaysia the following year. The location was grandiosely opened to the public in 1999.
