Serving as the home stadium for Sweden’s national soccer team, Friends Arena lies on the shores of Lake Rastasjon to the north of Stockholm. It has the capacity for around 50,000 fans during soccer games and up to 65,000 during live music performances, which regularly feature some of the world’s biggest names.
See the exterior of the Friends Arena beautifully illuminated by colourful lights that change depending on the event. More than 600 LED screens are scattered throughout the stadium to enhance the spectator experience, coupled with comfortable seats and world-class acoustics.
Friends Arena features numerous kiosks where you can grab drinks and snacks to enjoy during the show, while Bistro 1847 offers sit-down meals. If you’re in need of some retail therapy, head to the adjacent Mall of Scandinavia, one of the largest shopping malls in Scandinavia.
