Rent a scooter to go beach hopping around Koh Phangan to find 30 different stretches of sand. Experience all the action of lively Haad Rin or enjoy the tranquillity of Chaloklum Bay, then walk across the sandbar that links Mae Haad Beach with the island of Koh Ma.
Want a day away from the beach? Koh Phangan is home to stunning waterfalls that can be reached along short jungle hikes. Go swimming at the base of picturesque Than Sadet Waterfall, play Tarzan on the rope swing at Paradise Waterfall or venture to the photogenic falls of Than Prawet.

There are daily ferries from Ko Samui, Nakhon and Surat Thani to Thong Sala, where private taxis and pickup trucks transport passengers around Koh Phangan. Scooters can also be rented in Thong Sala.
