Boasting an artificial wave machine, Flow House Bangkok is a family-friendly beach club in the middle of Bangkok. It’s the Thai home of flowriding, a unique sport that combines surfing and wakeboarding, where a soft-fall inflatable ramp and constant water flow pumps out to simulate a breaking wave.
Grab a body board and test your skills on the easy-to-ride wave, with staff on hand to help guide you, correct your posture and offer advice. Experienced riders can practice aerials and tricks, with the water gently propelling you up the ramp if you happen to lose your balance and fall.
In addition to its artificial wave, the Flow House Bangkok features a kids’ swimming pool and sun loungers where you can watch the riders in action, as well as a viewing deck and surf shop. Grab a cocktail or milkshake at the Flow Bar or enjoy beachside favourites like burgers and hotdogs.
