The Sainte-Adele town centre is easy to get around on foot, while a rental car is the best way to explore the Laurentians. Sainte-Adele is a one-hour drive from Montreal and two hours from the Ottawa-Gatineau region. Montreal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is 70 kilometres north-west.
