Looking for some summer fun in Myrtle Beach? Head to Myrtle Waves, a sprawling water park with high-speed water slides, a FlowRider, kids’ play areas and family-friendly attractions. Myrtle Waves also offers a beer garden, on-site shopping and various food stands, while the private cabanas are ideal for lounging out.
Get your thrills on the Turbo Twisters, three enclosed slides that let you reach speeds of up to 54 kilometres per hour. The Thunderbolt Speed Slides are great for racing friends while the Arooba Tooba sends you spinning around in a bowl-funnel. Surf or bodyboard on the FlowRider, then cruise down Racin’ River on a skimboard.
The Lazy River and Ocean in Motion Wave Pool are ideal for relaxing in the cool water, while kids will love the Bubble Bay and Saturation Station aquatic playgrounds. You can grab hot dogs and pizzas from Island Cafe, cotton candy and popcorn from Sharkey’s Snack Shack or cold beer and salty snacks from the Beer Garden.
