Myhove is a picturesque village set in the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains and surrounded by lush evergreen forests. Famous for mineral-rich thermal springs, the village is a great place to rest, relax and enjoy the beautiful alpine scenery.
At 740 metres above sea level, Myhove Ski Resort offers some of the best snow in Ukraine. The season spans from December to April and treats you to groomed runs and fresh powder. After a day on the slopes, warm up with traditional Ukrainian dishes such as “deruni” potato pancakes, “borscht” beetroot soup and “holubtsi” stuffed cabbage.
Myhove is an excellent base for exploring the postcard-perfect Carpathians. Spend the day driving along scenic mountain roads and visiting charming villages filled with wooden houses and centuries-old churches. Look out for farmers steering horse-drawn carts along the winding roads.
Getting there
Myhove is compact and easy to get around on foot. Rental cars are a good way to visit Myhove and explore surrounding sights and attractions at your own pace. The village is a one-hour drive from Chernivtsi and 4.5 hours from Lviv. Kyiv Boryspil International Airport is a 9.5-hour drive away.
