About Kyoto International Conference Centre

Kyoto International Conference Centre, also known as the Kyoto ICC is located in the area of Takaragaike, Sakyō-ku in the city of Kyoto, Japan. The conference centre is set in an area of peace and tranquillity on the waterfront, surrounded by Japanese gardens. There are cafes and restaurants to enjoy, open to local customers and visitors. The Banquet Hall Swan faces the Lake of Takaragaike and has amazing views of Mount Hiei. Take a stroll in the lakeside park and admire the natural beauty of the Japanese countryside blending effortlessly with the cutting edge architecture of the conference centre. If visitors wish to continue their day of exploration in this area of the city, take the train to the golden temple and gardens of Kinkaku-ji, particularly picturesque when the cherry blossom trees are in bloom, but beautiful at any time of the year due to the changing colours and reflections on the water.
