The hotel is located in Shinkyogu dori shopping street, parallel and next to Teramachi shopping street. I was concerned about the location based on some other reviews, but it was absolutely fantastic- could not have asked for any better. Bus stops on the main road outside the shopping arcade (30 m away), taxi rank and subway line (Hankyu) there too. Lots of great food options, convenience stores etc. 5 minutes walk from Gion. Room was great, had a washer/dryer included which was an excellent surprise. Very well appointed and comfortable at 24m2. Free coffee and drink dispenser in reception as well as extra amenity products (bath salts, tooth brushes etc). I will definitely stay here again!
