Things to do in Gettysburg
The Gettysburg National Military Park is a must-see for all history enthusiasts. Spend time viewing the battlefields, take a self-guided audio tour through the park, break for a hike from the New York memorial up to Little Big Top and stop to see the boulder-strewn hill at Devils Den.

Spend an afternoon touring the Jennie Wade House, a tribute to the only civilian casualty during the Battle of Gettysburg. Tour the furnished house, where you can speak to guides dressed in period apparel and view the artillery shell that punctured the house.
Don’t miss the Eisenhower National Historic Site, the home and farm of former General and President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Getting around Gettysburg
Hagerstown Regional Airport is located less than 65 kilometres outside Gettysburg. The easiest way to get around is by car, but you can also explore the battlefields on horseback.
