Only 20 minutes away from Downtown Dallas, you can have a leisurely breakfast at your modern home, then head into the city for the day, come back and relax, and then check out Dallas again at night. The Space: When you walk in you’ll immediately notice the high ceilings throughout the house. They give the entire house an extra level of comfort and luxury. The interior design brightens your mood and invites you to sit down and watch a quick show on the HD TV, or enjoy a nightcap. The house’s main room is built like a loft. It is one open space that encompasses the dining room, kitchen, and living room. That makes the house especially suited for socializing. Enjoy time with your family or invite some friends over whenever you aren’t in downtown Dallas. All of the finishing have been recently redone. You’ll feel as if the home was built just for your stay! Flashy colors add life to every room and compliment the fun paintings. Even if you’re just relaxing after a long day, the expertly designed decor will put you in a good mood. The master bedroom has a lavish king bed. So does the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a sofa bed and bunk bed. The living room’s sofa can sleep 1 additional guest (very comfortably), there is also an air mattress available in case you have a *lot* of people! You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! Our back yard is perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. Our garage can fit one car, 2 more can fit in the back driveway and 2 more can easily park on the street in front of the house. All basic necessities you need are less than five minutes away so you don’t burn valuable time in your day to day. Whenever you decide to head to downtown Dallas (25 minutes away) you can focus on getting to know the city and having fun. Getting Around: If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us.
