Rooms were very clean but small, well placed small hotel with no extras. Excellent staff and comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was lovely but small. good for solo traveler.
I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. In fact, this hotel has become my #1 hotel in Sydney for the last couple of years because the price is decent and the location is second to none; BUT my view with this hotel has changed after my latest visit (Easter long weekend). Everything was pretty much the same as my other visits except the cleanliness of the room (room 203) which was horrible. The carpet in the room was very old and dirty (lots of permanent marks) and the flat sheet was a shocker. I found a blob of red stain which looked like blood to me. It was disgusting. I should have reported to the cleaner, but I didn't. I now have a mixed feeling on the hotel.

Great central CBD location. Room adequate with modern Chinese decor and tasteless paintings in European style. Room designed with bathroom to facilitate disabled access. Undersize shower curtain and setup made use difficult without spraying water everywhere. Little signs stuck around the room threatening finesvforvlreaving shower doorsvope etc. listvofcreplacemebnt costs forvitems in room , including mattress down to cutlery are unwelcoming and makrevyou wonder what sort of clients they are expecting! Service curt and unfriendly, single lift very sloww.
