I had a wonderful weekend at your hotel, the staff from the min I arrived to when I left where friendly and welcoming and helpful. As it was my birthday weekend I was given a complimentary bottle of bubbles and offered a late checkout on Sunday. I like the 24hr movie deal which I end up taking advantage of as it turn wet on the Saturday night. I’m only negative was that it took me 3-4 call to housekeeping before they picked up to get a robe and extra towels. Which when they arrived I was only given one extra towel, when I asked for more then one. But overall I had a great stay at your hotel and will definitely stay there again in the future and will recommend it to my friends and family.

The rooms are lovely and clean, all the business traveller needs, but as 2 female friends on a shopping trip not big enough for our luggage too cramped. 1 chair and 1 small table on a very small balcony on the bottom of the hotel was not what we wanted. Was very hot on the balcony and we had no view as we looked at the back rounded type of the building, surrounded by cement no breeze no city lights so disappointed with Rydges World Square Rooms. Great for Shopping though.
