room was a reasonable size but wasn’t very clean. only one window, and this opened straight out over the main road, so very noisy. when we were leaving we dropped the keys into the slot at the front desk as there was a sign up that said “our staff are currently attending to another area of the hotel” but as we walked out the front doors the two staff were right on the doorstep having a smoke.
