Hotel itself was fine, no complaints other than we were told the car park would be open at 8am and it wasn't. We had to send most of our group in taxis to an event we were attending while some of us stayed until we could get our cars out. The poor doorman of the hotel who let us in to the car park had little English so communication was a disaster. When someone arrived that could help, our car park tickets were not working. They were not validated properly at the hotel reception. This car park issue put us all under alot of stress as we were stuck inside with children who had to be at a sporting competition that morning. Sending them in a taxi with one patent while the rest of us were left behind was not ideal and our kids were upset and stressed out that we wouldn't make it on time.
