The staff were friendly and helpful but we had a very late check-in - couldn't check-in till around 4:30pm despite arriving at 1:00pm after 35+ plus hours of travelling and watching guests who arrived after us checking in before us. Dinner service was slow and took over an hour for our mains to be served, again we watched people who arrived after us be served their food before us. Room servicing was sloppy, it was as though the doona and pillows were just thrown on the bed. However, the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and willing to help but just a few occasions that were very slow.
Hotel does not provide Bedroom slippers and shavers.
