Stretching almost two kilometres around Dubrovnik’s Old Town, the Walls of Dubrovnik are a series of defensive stone walls built between the 12th and 17th centuries. The Heritage-listed Walls of Dubrovnik are considered one of the greatest fortifications of the Middle Ages.

Getting there
The Walls of Dubrovnik can be accessed from the Pile Gate, St. Lucas Fortress or St. John Fortress, with a bus stop located adjacent to Pile Gate. Dubrovnik Airport is a 25-minute drive from the Old Town.
