Perched on a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Tamraght Oufella is a traditional village north of Agadir. It’s just a stone’s throw from the lively surf town of Taghazout and the palm-lined gorge of Paradise Valley.
Tamraght Oufella lies on the doorstep of several surf breaks, which cater to board riders of all skill levels. Book a lesson with one of the local surf schools to learn the ropes at Kro Kro or enjoy the consistent right-handers at Panorama. More experienced surfers can head to legendary Anchor Point.
Coincide your visit to Tamraght Oufella with the market in nearby Awrir, where you’ll find everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to a dizzying array of olives and spices. A short drive inland is Paradise Valley with its river-fed pools, where you can refresh with a swim. Nestled within the valley are open-air cafes serving tagines.
