Getting around Frederick
Downtown Frederick is pedestrian-friendly and easy to get around on foot. The city is a one-hour drive from Baltimore and 1.5 hours from Washington, D.C. Trains run between Frederick and Baltimore in around two hours. Rental cars offer the freedom to visit Frederick and explore surrounding sights and attractions at your own pace.
