Every single aspect from the incredibly tasty food and super attentive staff to the rooms and hotel location made this an unforgettable experience. (Most also spoke perfect english, some german, fluent french and some words in Dutch, btw) I am already planning my next trip there. The overall feeling that the staff give is that you are family. They are very warm people, all extremely good at their jobs and at going that extra mile to make you feel special. The ones who stood out in particular are Lassaad at reception, as well as Mokhtar, who kindly helped with every little question/request i had. In the dining area, Hachim took the time to walk me through every single dish - every meal- to make sure i knew exactly what i could eat as a Vegan, but also asked Chef Toumi to make something special. So every meal i had A LOT OF really tasty special food from heart-shaped veggie pizzas to desserts! the whole dining staff really make you feel so welcome - simply unreal! Entertainment was also tops. Great dancers in the café, especially when DDj Marou was on stage.Drinks, everything from wine to cocktails, were also super yummy. My room 2319 looked over the pool with sea view. Rooms are big, very clean, showers warm and powerful. Bed was too hard for me so cleaning lady put an extra comforter on top of it so i slept like a baby. Taxi's come within a few minutes after reception calls, and are cheap! 6€ (20 dinar) max to airport. I also went to Djerbahood and to El Ghriba Synagogue, the oldest one in the world. Small indoor pool is really warm so you can sit there and float around - or do power laps like i did. full fitness room. And spa is nice - with all-in package, you can go for 2hrs free. Hassam was a great 'tour guide' there. But they should let the workers test the spa out themselves so they can explain to us what it is like. Café staff is also really attentive. Snacks and cocktails every afternoon! The BEST hotel i've ever visited.I'll be back!
