Location is ok, walkable distance to Mrt station. Hotel service is not up to expectations, people walk in and out of the hotel freely, which hotel staff don't pay attention to it at all. Room card is not needed to go up to the hotel room which don't make me feel safe. When we first arrive at the hotel the staff don't greet us, don't assist us promptly until we approach them, even we have a few huge luggage on hand. The dining area is directly infront of some rooms at 10 floor, which makes it very noisy in the morning. You can totally skip the hotel breakfast! We went walking around the catering area for 15min with nothing on our plates. The housekeeping is only done in late afternoon. during our check out we leave our luggage at the lobby which is located right beside the main door, where is can easily access to many people, so i don't feel safe at all..
The location of the hotel is great as it is between Taipei main station and Ximen hence it makes travel on the MRT easier depending on the line you need to travel on, minus the transit need. Local food and convenient stores are near the hotel so everything that is needed is there. There is water dispenser machine on every level, hot, warm or ice water is available! Staffs are helpful in helping us contact the bus service company to help retrieve back a lost mobile. Service is 2 thumbs up!
