Hotel hallway was badly maintained. Have to change room because of a faulty door and no light the hallway.
It was satisfying and good relaxation spot
The hotel have that 'rich' vibe, but the room I got have some flaw. Some of it is the towel rack fall down when I hang my towel. The closet door is broken, need to force myself to open it. The safety deposit box has been lock by the previous tenants. The iron board is broken. Thank god the issue been solved quite fast by the staff except the towel rack and the closet. The hotel is located over a shopping mall, so it's very conveniet. The river cruise jetty is also located outside the hotel hotel building. The pool is extraordinary, it is more like a waterpark, your kids gonna love it. Overall the stay is quite nice.
Lift very slow.....20 mins average only can go in
worse hotel to stay in malacca. waited lift for 30mins but did not turn up & walked downstairs. check-in took 45mins
