Good, location and cleanliness and service.
The hotel is located at beside a hospital. Fairly ok but parking can be tricky, it uses Hatten Square parking. Check in lobby is on level 3 not a lot of room actually. My room is facing the hospital side. The room amenities are great with rain shower and stand shower, clean towels. The air cond is not that cool, although adjusted to the lowest, the quilt actually wasn't needed. The location is great to shopping malls but a little further walk to Jonker Walk.
Room was smal. Even when i indicated that i am travelling as a family of 4, the website recommended a double room which was only 2 single bed. the breakfast provided only caters for 2 pax, we have to topup for the additional.
Having to wait for check in until 5 pm.
nice room if posibble put more variety food during breakfast / food should be refilled all the time
