Steam and spa were out of order. A real disappointment when it is so cold out. Fitness room closed for renos. The lobby smelled so badly of cigarettes that I could not stand to stay to sit and enjoy my expensive hotel surroundings. Room service was incredibly expensive. Breakfast daily for €30?! Way too expensive. Internet was down for a time, and the only notice was a sign in the elevator, with instructions how to log in to new network. The room was okay. Bed was too hard. Nice linens. The shower was TERRIBLE. if I had been two inches bigger I literally could not have gotte in the door!! As it was I had to back up my naked body to the ice cold metal shef just to get inside! Hot water surged with icy cold.
The experience overall was great. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was travelling with my family. I booked two Superior King room and both were upgraded to suites. The only thing which I could comment on is that the hotel parking rate was very high.
