when you stay at a hotel of this caliber, you expect the normal pleasantries and accommodations to be at a high standard, which was the case. it's when something goes wrong that you get to experience upper echelon service. we were checking out and preparing to fly back home when my daughter became violently ill. the concierge and the receptionist checked us back into the same room, called a doctor, sent up complimentary tea, and checked on our progress throughout the day. they made a tough situation manageable, which is more than I can say for Austrian Airlines. the food, views, atmosphere and service are everything you would expect in a five star hotel.
