Pool was disgusting and dirty, got to our room and it was the wrong room and smelt like cigarettes, conceirge staff were rude and not very welcoming, only got provided two towels and room only got cleaned once in 4 days, room was full of bugs and spiders and wasn’t very clean. Will not recommend this to family and friends. To be able to use the pool we had to ask the front reception every single time which took 10 minutes to unlock the gate. On the second to last day the whole place flooded and the bistro roof collapsed, which didn’t really matter because the bistro wasn’t open the whole time we were there, which was again disappointing.
