One of the best stays I have had, the hotel staff are a credit to the Hotel, it was mentioned in passing during check in that I was celebrating my Bday, After returning to my room I found a birthday cake which was fantastic. Upgrading was offered at the hotel which was also very worth while I would recommend this Hotel to anybody who likes the finer things in life - Nothing is too much trouble and I was allowed a late check out till 6pm
