perfect location. we stayed in a residence. had everything we needed. very roomy and clean
Location was great. Connected to 1U shopping centre. Service at the reception counter was mediocre. Did not feel welcomed. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Overall still a good stay.
Check in was fast and easy, with staff asking if we needed help right from the point of alighting from the taxi. Room was spacious and comfortable, which included 2 twin beds, 2 armchairs a coffee table, and a desk to work on among other amenities. Breakfast buffet had a really varied array of food with a good showcase of what Malaysian cuisine is. Absolutely tasty and the local flavours are spot on. Wonderful staff, always aware and ready to help with a smile.
