The hotel was a disappointment for the following reasons 1- Cleanliness of the room when we arrived---P - Hair in the tub and on the bath room floor--- Room had not been swept or dusted in quite awhile...Food all over the carpet-- Raised concern about the bedding..???? 2- Phone broken in the room - reported ---never repaired- Housekeeping left cards under the door to call for service- HOW ????? 3- Cleanliness of the dining area- ??? outside patio -- NASTY had cigarette butts.. and trash all over the place- Dining area so busy Guests were forced to eat there .. 4-Free Breakfast --- ???Powdered eggs----- apparently cooked very early and placed in the refrig--- and served cold..NASTY- Every day was powdered eggs---- watered down orange juice--- Ran out of coffee -- and fruit--- especially Sunday and a Huge crowd --- NO Help..... and Angry Guests... Suggestion- if you are going to serve tasteless powdered eggs -add salt shakers on all the tables- One salt shaker located next to eggs for ALL the guests.. Really ---several times the shaker disappeared to a table and Not returned to the magic spot. soo ??? Maybe a suggestion ---serve- salsa goes with cold eggs- -- or hot cheese spread on the eggs. Frozen pancakes--- and one syrup container-- Very obvious...This Hotel is on a tight Budget for food and Help. 5-Positive- The Staff- Very caring and Hard Working Just going through a shortage 6-Positive- Offering shuttle service to the track--- 7-Guests need to know NO shuttle service from the Airport when the track is running. Called and confirmed shuttle service and was told YES--- then to find out a day prior to pick up No shuttle service while the track is open.... Scramble to get a rental car---- Asked if UBER was available from the airport -- Was told yes-- Found out UBER was not available ---You call Lyft ....
