Overall a good stay - it is affordable, beautiful property, and the staff are VERY VERY friendly and helpful. Thank you! However, I also chose the hotel because it says it has a gym and tennis court/equipment hire facility. Most of the equipment at the gym is actually broken - this is really not good when I specifically chose the hotel because of the gym facility. Please also have a look at the condition of all your tennis racquets - they really are not worth the (equivalent to) $10 hire charge. It is really easy to replace at least the grip. Ideally, please replace all the racquets. They look really sad. I have seen comments about food quality. Unfortunately I have to agree with them - the quality is just not there and make it seem too expensive for what they are. Hotel has a lot of potential if these things are looked into.
