Bad customer service especially the Chinese lady who are supposingly a senior. Rude to her customer and show her frustration to them. The staff forget to book the room for me and after ding-dong-ing for a while they found my booking and upgraded my room due to no room left. There was slight arguments with other guests in front counter because the other guests complained the room they got is smelly and after a while the receptionist relunctantly change for them. The way they handle the situation is not professional at all. The room they upgraded for me supposingly the premier excustive which i pressume is one of their best room. However, the room look old and unkept. This hotel is consider new but it looks like a 20yrs old building. The floor in the premier room is cracked and they didn't cover it properly, I didn't realise it earlier so during midnight I went to the loo I actually step on the broken pieces of it and luckily its just small minor cut on my toe. Breakfast the choices are limited. Overall, I would say I am very disappointed in the service. I will not go back there again.
